GENERAL QUESTIONS

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT IS PLACED?

Orders are processed the moment they are received and our warehouses work around the clock to prepare and ship your orders so you receive them as quickly as possible. Orders cannot be changed or canceled after they are placed.

CAN I ADD AN ITEM TO AN ORDER I RECENTLY PLACED?

Unfortunately items cannot be added to an order that has already been placed.

I WANT SOMETHING THAT IS OUT OF STOCK. NOW WHAT?

We stock today's hottest trends, so as expected they sell out quickly. However we do restock many items, so be sure to enter your email address and click "Notify Me" on the product page when available so we can let you know when we get some more in!

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE SALE ITEMS?

All sale items are "FINAL SALE" and cannot be returned or exchanged. No exception.

DO YOU OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS?

Prices may change based on demand and availability. We do not offer price adjustments.

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days of placing your order (not including weekends or holidays). Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.

WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

We will email you an order confirmation the moment you place your order. If you did not receive an order confirmation, please check your spam folder and add service@clothesenvy.com to your safe sender list.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?

In rare situations, your order may have included items that sold out while you were checking out. If your order contained additional items that are in stock, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.

WAS I CHARGED TWICE?
Your credit card is only charged one time upon shipment. If you recently placed an order, your bank account will show a pending amount. This is only an authorization and not an actual charge. Upon shipment we actually charge your card and the pending authorization will drop off. This is done to ensure sufficient funds are available upon placing an order.

HOW DO I USE MY ENVY CREDIT?
  1. Sign into your Clothes Envy account by clicking on My Account
  2. Navigate to Gift Cards & Envy Credit
  3. Here you'll see your balance and any applicable credit usage history
  4. At checkout, you'll have the option to use your ENVY CREDIT (if your order exceeds your balance, you can use a credit card to pay the difference)
  5. You don't have to spend it all at once, any leftover balance will remain in your account
HOW DO I USE A CLOTHES ENVY GIFT CARD?
  1. Click on MY ACCOUNT at the top of any page and log in (create an account if necessary)
  2. After logging in, navigate to "Gift Cards & Envy Credit"
  3. Enter your Gift Card Code and press SUBMIT
  4. Your balance will instantly be added to your account
  5. At checkout, you'll have the option to use your ENVY CREDIT (if your order exceeds your balance, you can use a credit card to pay the difference)
  6. You don't have to spend it all at once, any leftover balance will remain in your account

SHIPPING (USA & CANADA)

Shipping is FREE for orders over $200* within the USA (Alaska and Hawaii included). Upon shipment you will receive a shipping notification email that will include carrier and tracking details.

STANDARD

Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days. After leaving our warehouse, standard orders should arrive within 3-6 business days for USA orders, and 5-10 business days for CANADA orders (weekends and holidays not included). Orders ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class, Priority or International Package Mail, or FedEx.

EXPRESS

Express orders placed before 10AM PST on WEEKDAYS ship out the same day (weekends and holidays not included). Orders placed after 10am PST will ship out the next business day. Your order will arrive within 2-3 business days after the ship date (weekends and holidays not included).

*Orders placed with a Promo Code of 25% or greater do not qualify for Free Shipping.

PO BOXES & APO/FPO or U.S TERRITORIES

Orders shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or U.S. territories ship via USPS Priority Mail service. You should receive your order within 3-6 business days (weekends and holidays not included).


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Shipping is available for $25 on any size order. International orders ship via USPS Priority International with TRACKING INCLUDED.

All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs officials require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Clothes Envy has no control over your package once it leaves the USA. Your country's Customs Officials determine the speed at which your order is processed and released to you.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges due to the speed at which our items sell out. Please place a new order for the item you are interested in, and simply return any eligible items separately.

RETURNS
Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Returns must received by Clothes Envy within 30 days of placing your order. To initiate a return, simply click on the REQUEST AN RMA # link below to get started. You may also initiate a return by clicking on the My Returns link in your account after logging in.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Clothes Envy and product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 3 business days and must also be returned within the general return time frame. Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional shipping box. Shoes returned without their original box, or returned using the original box as the shipping box will be rejected and discarded.

Original shipping fees are non refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "undeliverable" address.
